 If you are a licensed and insured contractor who would like to work with Premier Property Solutions,LLC on future projects please download the subcontractors agreement below, fill out, and submit subcontractor agreement contract along with insurance verification, and copy of signing agents photo ID and someone will contact you upon review. If we decide that you are a good fit for our contractor list we will sign the agreement and a copy will be emailed back to you. Please allow 3 business days for review.

Steps to Submit Subcontractor Agreement.

1. Download Subcontractor agreement

 2. Read the subcontractor agreement 

thoroughly. If you do not fully 

understand the contract in it's entirety 

please contact your Attorney and review 

the contract agreement. 


3. Fill out and sign subcontractor agreement.

4. Submit the following via email below:

Subcontractor agreement, PDF copies of required documents, and copy of Authorized Signing Agents Drivers License or Government issued Photo Identification.
